The present invention addresses the problem of providing a flexographic printing plate that has excellent ink transfer properties in a solid printing section and the like and in which the printing quality is good in an intermediate gradation section. This flexographic printing plate comprises a relief layer provided with a non-image part and an image part. The image part comprises a halftone section in which the halftone area ratio is greater than 0% and less than 100% and a solid printing section in which the halftone area ratio is 100%. Either the solid printing section and the dots in the halftone section or the dots in the halftone section comprise two or more recesses having depths that differ in accordance with the halftone area ratio. The depths of the two or more recesses having differing depths increase as the halftone area ratio increases.
