The present invention relates to a reinforcing bar-integrated slab formwork unit for a hollow slab in which hollow balls, reinforcing bars, and a formwork are integrally assembled, which enables installation of reinforcing bar-integrated slab formwork units to contact each other and can embody lap splicing by having pull-out type spliced reinforcing bars instead of projected reinforcing bars in a reinforcing bar-integrated slab formwork unit for a hollow slab; a system formwork for a hollow slab which is completed by applying the slab formwork unit to a tunnel form, a flying form, etc.; and a hollow slab construction method wherein the system formwork is preferably used.
