This drinking water recommendation device 10 is provided with: a data acquisition unit 11 that acquires one or both of physiological data identifying a state of a user and environmental data identifying the conditions around the user; a perspiration amount determination unit 12 that determines the perspiration amount of the user on the basis of the data acquired by the data acquisition unit 11; a site acquisition unit 13 that acquires a site where the user can drink water; and a recommendation unit 14 that encourages the user to drink water when the perspiration amount is greater than a threshold value and the drinking site where the user can drink water is acquired.
