The present invention provides a novel kinase inhibitor, which comprises a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, isomer, ester, acid, metabolite or a prodrug thereof. The present invention also provides a drug composition comprising the compound represented by formula (I) and uses and method for preventing or treating cell proliferative diseases and/or diseases related to FLT3 and c-Kit, and uses and method for preventing or treating diseases in response to FLT3 kinase (particularly FLT3/ITD mutation-type kinase) inhibition.
