A preparation method of a hydroxyphenylalanine reagent for detecting a metabolite in urine comprises the following steps: preparing 0.2-1 g/ml of a cupric nitrate solution as a solution A; preparing 0.1-1 g/ml of a cobalt nitrate solution as a solution B; preparing 0.15-1 g/ml of a nickel sulfate solution as a solution C; preparing 30 mass percentage of a hydrogen peroxide solution as a solution D, that is, hydrogen peroxide making up 30% by mass of a aqueous solution; and mixing solution A, solution B, solution C and solution D at a mass ratio of 1 : (0.5-1) : (1-1.5) : 1, adding sodium metabisulfite to the mixture, and stirring the mixture evenly to form a light green hydroxyphenylalanine reagent for detecting a metabolite in urine. In the method, solution A, solution B, solution C and solution D are mixed at the most preferable mass ratio and concentrations and sodium metabisulfite is added to the mixture to produce the reagent. The reagent has high sensitivity, low false positive and false negative rates, and low costs, and can be used easily. |
