The module (100A) has an electrically conducting support plate (10) for current rectifying elements (93, 94) e.g. diodes, where the plate is prolonged by a heat sink (16). The heat sink is equipped with a base of the plate. The support plate is interposed between the base and an electrically conducting phase small plate (110). The heat sink, plate and the small plate are made of electrical conducting and thermal conducting material, where the base, plate and the small plate are assembled by transparent laser welding. The thickness of the plate is lower than the thickness of the base.
