The invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin care and/or making up the skin, in the form of an emulsion of the water-in-silicone type, having a density lower than 1.1 and including: a continuous silicone fatty phase including at least one silicone oil and at least one silicone surfactant having an HLB no higher than 10; an aqueous phase dispersed in said continuous fatty phase; a dispersion of gas droplets having an average diameter of 10 nm to 1 μm; a stabilising system for stabilising the dispersion of gas droplets including at least one surfactant having an HLB no lower than 16. |
