This invention provides a filter device and a fluid purification system which can reliably remove minute matters, can be cleaned in a simple manner instead of being replaced, and are low cost. Disclosed is a filter device 50 which filters a liquid to remove minute matters mixed in the liquid. The filter device 50 includes a filtering chamber for filtering the liquid. The filtering chamber stores a plurality of filter pieces 12, and while the filter pieces 12 are accumulated to filter the liquid, the filter pieces 12 are dispersed to be cleaned. The filtering chamber has a portion 31 in which the filter pieces 12 are accumulated to filter the liquid and a portion 32 in which the filter pieces 12 are dispersed to be cleaned, and moving means 33 moving the filter pieces 12 is provided between the filtering portion 31 and the cleaning portion 32. |
