[Classes 80 (i) and 80 (iv).] A machine for finishing openings in the connecting portions of radiator sections comprises a work turret'in the form of a disc 6, Fig. 4, turning with a horizontal shaft 7 driven intermittently through a Geneva-stop disc 12, clutch 49, and shaft 42 from a driving pulley 41. The stepped turning of the turret dial 6 is effected from the disc 12, Fig. 6, having four channels 79 engaged in turn by a roller 77 on an indexing arm 76 which arm carries a sector 78 which engages, for locking disc 12, in arcuate shoes 81. The arm 76 is fast on a shaft 56, Fig. 20, carrying an arm 58 connected through a breaking- piece 59 to a hub 57 connected by a sleeve 54 to a worm wheel 52. On obstruction, when the part 59 breaks, a relative turning between discs 64, 68, Fig. 19, in a switch 63, Fig. 4, breaks the circuit of motor driving pulley 41. A cam 111, Fig. 20, operates to disconnect clutch 49 to stop the drive of the turret after a quarter turn.
