A mixer/stirrer for fermenters/digesters and sewage-storage tanks, characterized in that it envisages a horizontal-axis rotary shaft 1 and is equipped with blades 2 having a substantially radial development with respect to the axis of rotation, said blades being mutually staggered and having a high hydrodynamicity and being fixed to the shaft with an angular phase offset that renders them angularly equidistant from one another, which generates a thrust flow that is both axial and radial; wherein said blades are purposely sized in length to lap the free surface of the fluid to be treated in which they move, thus preventing formation of surface crusts. According to the invention, said blades have a shape curved like a spiral. |
