An upper plate portion (20) of a suspension member (14) and a bottom plate portion (26A) of a bracket (26) that is placed on an upper side thereof, and the like, as objects to be fastened, are sandwiched between a weld nut (38) and an end surface (30A) on a vehicle upper side of a collar (30). A protruding portion (42) that protrudes toward a bolt through-hole (26D) side of the bottom plate portion (26A) of the bracket (26) is formed on an end portion (30U) on the vehicle upper side of the collar (30). The protruding portion (42) is formed along an entire periphery around an axis of the collar (30). Also, a drainage groove (50) that leads from the end surface (30A) on the vehicle upper side to an outer peripheral surface (30D) of the collar (30) is formed in the collar (30). |
