The steep roof covering system has multiple roof rafters (2) arranged parallel to each other and parallel to the falling roof course. Roof slats (1) are provided which rests upon covering unit (3). The covering unit has a medium on their lower surface (32) for detachable fixing at roof slats. The medium for detachable fixing is a fixing strip (5), which extends from the lower surface of each covering unit to the roof slat. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a roof slat for steep roof covering system; (2) a covering unit for the steep roof covering system; and (3) a method for detachable fixing of covering unit. |
