Steel part comprises a multilayer coating comprising a ductile nickel layer which is directly galvanically deposited on the surface of the steel part, and exhibits an elongation at break of 10-25% according to DIN EN ISO 8401, section 3.4, a zinc-nickel layer which is directly galvanically deposited on the nickel layer, and exhibits a nickel content of 12-16 wt.%, and a chromium(VI) free passivation layer applied on the zinc-nickel layer. An independent claim is also included for producing the coated steel part, comprising (a) galvanically depositing the ductile nickel layer on the steel part, (b) galvanically depositing the zinc-nickel layer on the nickel layer formed in the step (a), and (c) applying the chromium(VI) free passivation layer on the zinc-nickel layer formed in the step (b). |
