A mitral valve cerclage annuloplasty (MCA) apparatus configured to protect coronary sinus and tricuspid valve tissues and to deliver a knot of a cerclage suture so as to maintain a tension of the cerclage suture during MCA. The MCA apparatus includes a coronary sinus and tricuspid valve tissue protective device (CSTVPD, 20) having a coronary sinus tube (CS tube, 22), which is a hollow cylindrical tube for protecting coronary sinus tissues, a tricuspid valve tube (TV tube, 24), which is a hollow cylindrical tube for protecting tissues of tricuspid valve and of interventricular septum, and a stem (26), in which the CS tube and the TV tube extend to be fixed and combined to each other; and a knot delivery device (KDD, 30) that is a hollow catheter having an opening/closing part (32) in one end and a hole (34) formed longitudinally at a side of the opening/closing part. |
