It comprises: a feedstock source (106) comprising feedstock, a materiall bonding component (104), a material bonding component posittioning system (102); a build volume whithin which the part is being created and control electronics (110) including a power supply and a thermal control circuit, the thermal control circuit and the power supply being electrically isolated.
