a switching trigger unit that receives a sensing voltage representing a driving current during a first driving current section and a second driving current section, wherein the switching trigger unit provides a first switching trigger signal based on the sensing voltage in the second driving current section; an off-time control unit that provides a second switching trigger signal in the first driving current section to control a maximum off-time of a driving switching element; and a switching control unit that turns on the driving switching element based on the first switching trigger signal or the second switching trigger signal.
