The machine has a horizontal frame (1) on which a trench creation unit and a guiding and positioning unit (9) of tubular elements are placed. A platform is provided with a handling unit to handle the frame between working and transport positions, and a transport unit to transport and unwind the elements. A tooth (10) is suspended on the frame to detect obstacles in front of the creation unit, and a ramming unit (13) is suspended on the frame. A guiding unit is formed by a box (11) to guide wired and/or tubular elements, and a chute is placed in the box, where the chute opens backwards.
