According to the invention, the smallest section of the outlet passage (20) is larger than the thickness of an outer wall (11) of the housing element (10) separating the internal space (30) from the outer shell (9) and extending until the outlet passage (20), and the internal space (30) extends from the outlet passage (20) in a direction mainly parallel to the outer shell (9). |
