[Problem] To provide a low-cost technology capable of easily detecting the attitude of a ship. [Solution] A data processing device 50 for calculating the attitude of a ship 1 is provided with a wireless reception unit, a calculation unit, and an output unit. The wireless reception unit wirelessly receives output signals based on detection results from triaxial angular velocity sensors of each of at least two sensor units 10, 20 disposed in different positions on the ship 1. The calculation unit calculates the attitude of the ship 1 on the basis of the signals from the at least two triaxial angular velocity sensors, said signals having been received by the wireless reception unit. The output unit outputs the calculation results obtained from the calculation unit.
