Disclosed are a full-in-cell touch screen and a mobile device. The full-in-cell touch screen comprises a plurality of sensor pads which are arrayed in a matrix mode, a plurality of data lines which are arranged in the matrix column direction and a data driver which is connected to the plurality of data lines. The full-in-cell touch screen is characterized in that the full-in-cell touch screen further comprises a plurality of transistors arranged on the plurality of data lines, wherein each of the data lines is provided with one of the transistors, a drain electrode of each of the transistors is connected to the corresponding data line, a source electrode of each of the transistors is connected to a sensor pad, and grid electrodes of the plurality of transistors are together connected to a specific enabled end of the data driver. According to the full-in-cell touch screen and the display device thereof, electric charges coupled to a liquid crystal end during a touch scanning period can be effectively released, and therefore the occurrence of picture display abnormality due to liquid crystals being polarized is avoided. |
