Abstract Enhanced microwave heating systems for heating a plurality of articles and methods of using the same are provided. In one embodiment, the microwave heating system may include a pressurized or liquid-filled heating chamber configured to heat the articles passing therethrough along one or more convey lines using microwave energy discharged by one or more microwave launchers.
