A CCH transmission processing unit (F6), which implements transmission of data using a control channel, transmits during a CCH interval in the case that data generated by a data generation unit (F3) is determined to correspond to data configured to have a high level of importance by an importance determination unit (F41), and transmits data in SCH intervals in the case that the data is determined to correspond to data configured to have a low level of importance. |
