AQUEOUS GRAVURE INK

Provided is an aqueous gravure ink having little environmental load, being capable of high-definition printing as a result of having excellent highlight suitability, and having excellent drying properties.　The aqueous gravure ink includes a pigment, a polymer, a water-soluble organic solvent, a surfactant, and water. The boiling point of the water-soluble organic solvent is 100-260°C. The aqueous gravure ink includes 10%-35% by mass water-soluble organic solvent and 50%-70% by mass water.
