Provided is a vehicle seat with a surface having a three-dimensional pattern resistant to deformation and having high durability. Also provided is a method for manufacturing vehicle seats having a three-dimensional pattern such that there is a high degree of flexibility in design with less influence on seating comfort and such that increase in manufacturing costs and lead time is suppressed. The vehicle seat comprises: a seat cushion which serves as the seating surface of the seat; a seat back which is provided on the back of the seat cushion and serves as the backrest of the seat; and a headrest which protects the head and neck of an occupant. This vehicle seat is characterized in that the seat cushion, the seat back, and/or the headrest has a trim cover with a pattern composed of recessed grooves, and in that the trim cover, at least in a place where said pattern is applied, is formed with laminated material which comprises wadding, hot-melt adhesive material, and skin material in this order from the bottom layer. |
