The present invention relates to a system and a method for distributing fresh food. The system comprises: a separable sensor (3) for measuring the temperature of a product-packaging container loaded in a container, and outputting the measurement value; a wireless sensor tag (7) to which the separable sensor (3) is separably coupled, and in which measurement data inputted from the separable sensor (3) is stored and outputted; a reader (8) for reading information of the wireless sensor tag (7), and outputting the result; a communication unit (10) for reading the information of the wireless sensor tag (7), and transmitting the read information through a network; and a management host (6) for receiving information transmitted from the communication unit (10) so as to identify the current state of a product in real time. |
