Provided is a method for verifying the results of measuring a connecting weld seam, comprising the following steps: obtaining a weld seam image and a to-be-verified weld seam straight line in the weld seam image; selecting, from the two edges of the points where each row intersects with the to-be-verified weld seam straight line, a number q of pixels to constitute an image subset; the direction of the rows of the original image generally being perpendicular to the to-be-verified weld seam, q being a positive integer greater than or equal to 1; summing all of the rows of said image subset to obtain an array, and performing a first-order differential on the array and finding the positions of the maximum value and the minimum value; if the maximum value and minimum value are located on the two sides of the to-be-verified weld seam straight line, then determining the position of the to-be-verified weld seam to be reliable. Using the described scheme, it is possible to reliably verify the connecting weld seam of a sheet, including a gapless weld seam and a weld seam having a gap, with no occurrence of failure in identification. |
