PURPOSE:To sufficiently operate ABS and secure high stability by fully closing a throttle valve of a throttle control system according to an operation signal in a brake control system. CONSTITUTION:During operation of a car, it is judged whether a brake pedal is operated or not. When it is judged YES, running information necessary for ABS controlling is inputted to an ABS microcomputer 6, for instance from a wheel speed sensor. It is judged whether or not condiction for starting ABS controlling is effected. When it is judged YES, running information is computed, and a control value of an actuator 12 for controlling a brake hydrualic pressure is calculated. A signal of the ABS operation information indicating ABS controlling is output to an electronic throttle control microcomputer 1. It is judged whether the ABS. operation information is input or not by means of the electromic throttle control microcomputer 1. When the ABS operation information is input, a throttle is fully closed, and the car is decelerated.
