Even when an individual does not intend to line up and is simply loitering, there are cases where the individual is processed as a person who gets in line. The queue detecting system related to the present invention includes: a queue information input unit which accepts an input of a queue position; a detecting unit which detects a subject from an input image; and a determining unit which determines whether the subject gets in line on the basis of the distance between the subject and the queue position. |
