The present invention provides a method, device and system for multicast transmission. The method comprises: receiving a Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) stream of a multicast slicing file, restoring the RTP stream by means of Forward Error Correction (FEC), determining a lost data block in the RTP stream that cannot be recovered, and obtaining data of the lost data block in a manner of HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) unicast pull-down. This method solves the problem that it is susceptible to packet losses in the unreliable information transmission service in UDP and improves the quality of video. |
