This endoscopic device has: an insertion part that can be inserted into a subject body, and that is capable of observation using white light reflection generated as a result of emitting white light onto a subject and capable of observation using fluorescence generated as a result of emitting excitation light onto a fluorescent dye; an objective optical system on which white light reflection, fluorescence, and excitation light reflection are incident; a spectrometer that spectrally diffracts light emitted via the objective optical system; an optical filter that is disposed on the light path on which the light incident on the objective optical system travels to reach the spectrometer, and that blocks excitation light reflection while transmitting white light reflection and fluorescence; and a plurality of image pickup elements for capturing the respective light beams emitted via the optical filter and the spectrometer. |
