Provided is a scintillator array used in a neutron detector that can detect high-energy neutrons with high resolution and high efficiency. The scintillator array is provided with a structure comprising a plurality of laminates, in which the plurality of laminates are laminated. Each of the plurality of laminates has, in this order: a reflective film that reflects light, including a ceramic or monocrystalline silicon; a first film that reacts with neutrons incident in a direction that intersects the lamination direction of the laminates and emits radiation; a second film including a material that reflects light; and a scintillator layer that emits light in response to radiation. Light emitted by the scintillator layer is propagated in the scintillator layer and guided to the exterior of the structure while being reflected by the reflective film and the second film. |
