The present invention provides a scroll fluid machine comprising: a stationary scroll unit (100); an orbiting scroll unit (200); a main frame (300) having three bearings (312)(322)(332) installed so as to correspond to bearings (221a)(221b)(221c) of the orbiting scroll unit (200) and coupled so as to face the outer surface of a substrate of the orbiting scroll unit (200); one power transfer shaft (310) rotatably coupled to the bearing (221a) of the orbiting scroll unit (200) and to the main frame (300); and a pair of rotation preventing shafts (320)(330), which face each other. The scroll fluid machine further comprises: an orbiting scroll rolling support member (400) comprising a plate-shaped retainer cage (410), which has multiple containing holes (430) formed and distributed thereon, and multiple rigid balls (420), which are contained in the containing holes (430) of the plate-shaped retainer cage (410) to be able to rotate freely, the orbiting scroll rolling support member (400) being arranged between the orbiting scroll unit (200) and the main frame (300); and a means for guiding the rolling of the orbiting scroll rolling support member (400). Accordingly, wear of the outer surface of the orbiting scroll unit and of the front surface of the main frame is reduced; deformation of the orbiting scroll unit, resulting from a fluid pressure, is decreased; the economic merit can be improved by lengthening the life; there is no need for anti-corrosion treatment through separate processing, which would otherwise increase the geometric tolerance; and, by manufacturing the scroll fluid machine using stainless steel having a low heat transfer coefficient, the thermal efficiency can be improved. |
