The purpose of the present invention is to achieve high-quality calls when issuing calls using user identification information. This communication processing system is provided with a first communication terminal, a second communication terminal, and a packet core, and connects, over a telephone line, calls to communication terminals of social networking service (SNS) users registered on the SNS. The first communication terminal is provided with: a selection unit capable of selecting an SNS user as a call issuance destination; and a call issuance unit which issues a call to the selected SNS user. The packet core is provided with: a storage unit in which SNS user identification information for identifying SNS users, and user device identification information for connecting the telephone line are associated with each other and stored; a conversion unit which refers to the storage unit to convert, into the user device identification information, the SNS user identification information used in order to issue a call; and an establishment unit which transmits the user device identification information to the first communication terminal, and establishes a call connection between the first communication terminal and the second communication terminal over the telephone line. The second communication terminal is provided with a call receiving unit which uses the user device identification information to receive calls. |
