The present application provides a processing method for a system telephone in a voice call, and said method includes: any call party terminal in the voice call monitoring to obtain a system telephone start event; according to the system telephone start event, the call party terminal stopping proactively the use of its audio device so as to suspend the voice call made by the call party terminal in the voice call; the call party terminal of the suspended voice call initiating a voice suspension request to a server device so as to notify other call party terminals, through the server device, that the call party terminal is suspending the voice call. In addition, also provided is a processing system and device for the system telephone in the voice call corresponding to the method.
