A hard grinding wheel and a preparation method therefor, the grinding wheel being composed of the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts copper powder, 10-25 parts monocrystalline corundum, 7-15 parts cubic boron nitride, 10-25 parts phenolic resin, 10-17 parts epoxy resin, 0.5-2.5 parts sulfur dioxide, 2.5-6 parts potassium fluoroaluminate, 2.5-6 parts iron oxide, 1.5-4 parts zinc oxide, 1.5-4 parts aluminium oxide, and 8-15 parts ceramic glaze. After uniformly mixing said components, levelling, compression moulding, and implementing heat treatment and pressure change processing to obtain the required size of grinding wheel. A grinding wheel prepared by means of said method is not easily deformed, has good thermal resistance and high wear resistance, conducts heat rapidly due to the added metal powder; the grinding wheel is very strong and hard, is suitable for fine grinding, ultra-fine grinding, thread grinding and honing. |
