On the elongate main body is provided at least one unbalance portion the center of mass of which lies outside the rotational axis of the balance shaft. On the at least one unbalance portion substantially no material is provided in the region of the rotational axis of the balance shaft. A method for producing such a balance shaft is also provided. |
