This air conditioner (100) is equipped with: a humidifier which humidifies air and discharges the humidified air to the outside; a dehumidifier which dehumidifies air and discharges the dehumidified air to the outside; an air blower which sends air to the dehumidifier and the humidifier; and a control unit which controls the air conditioner. The control unit is configured so that after starting one operation among a humidifying operation, in which the humidifier is driven while air is blown by the air blower, and a dehumidifying operation, in which the dehumidifier is driven while air is blown by the air blower, the control unit carries out an air blowing operation via the air blower when the one operation has stopped, and afterwards carries out the other operation among the humidifying operation and the dehumidifying operation. |
