To provide a brake control device able to minimize any fluctuation in vehicle deceleration. In the present invention, braking force generated by a friction braking device is changed so as to become a calculated desired braking force when specific criteria are fulfilled, and the braking force representing the difference between the braking force generated by the friction braking device and the desired braking force is generated by an electrical braking device.
