The disclosure features pharmaceutical compositions in the form of a gel, a cream, and an ointment containing a salt of Compound 1, or a neutral form thereof. The pharmaceutical compositions can be used for the treatment of candidiasis (e.g., vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC)). The disclosure also features methods of treating candidiasis in a subject by locally administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition containing 0.1 % to 15% (w/w) of a salt of Compound 1, or a neutral form thereof.
