The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a light source device that has high visibility and attention-evoking properties, can be manufactured at low cost, and has a high-quality image; and an illumination fixture and a vehicle lamp using such a light source device. A light source device 10 is provided with solid light sources 23a, 23b and a light guide 11 that emits light emitted by the solid light sources 23a, 23b to the outside. The light guide 11 comprises at least a first surface 13a that emits light and a second surface 13b that faces and is roughly parallel with the first surface, and a first texture 15 and second texture 16 that are cyclic with mutually different pitches are formed on the first surface 13a and the second surface 13b. Furthermore, a third texture 17 that is roughly perpendicular with the texture 16 is formed on the second surface. Moiré fringes 19 are produced in the light emitted by the first surface 13a of the light guide 11 due to interference between the concentration of the light produced by the first texture 15 and the concentration of the light produced by the second texture 16.
