The present invention addresses the problem of providing a medicinal composition that suppresses a decrease in the content of an active component due to oxidation or degradation of rapamycin or a derivative thereof, ensures a high stability over a long period of time and has a high safety. The present invention has been completed based on the finding that, in a medicinal preparation comprising rapamycin or a derivative thereof, oxidation or degradation of rapamycin or a derivative thereof can be suppressed by using (B) a tocopherol derivative and (C) a phospholipid. It is preferred that rapamycin or a derivative thereof, (B) a tocopherol derivative and (C) a phospholipid are provided in the form of a solid mixture that is obtained by preparing a solution containing these components and then removing the solvent from the solution. |
