Provided is a non-aqueous electrolyte cell equipped with a negative electrode including a negative electrode active material, a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material, and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode active material includes a composite oxide containing titanium. The positive electrode active material includes secondary particles of a first composite oxide and primary particles of a second composite oxide. The first composite oxide is represented by the general formula LiMn1-x-yMgxFeyPO4 (0 < x ≤ 0.1, 0 < y ≤ 0.3). The second composite oxide is represented by the general formula LiCo1-a-bNiaMnbO2(0 ≤ a, b ≤ 0.5).
