The automatic inflow control restrictor (33) is mounted on the tube wall of the central tube (32), and comprises a hollow inner cylinder (3312), an outer cylinder (3311), an upper cover (3313), a lower cover (333) and a float (332) that are coaxially disposed. A central hole of the inner cylinder (3312) is a fluid inflow hole (335). The lower cover (333) is detachably connected to the lower end of the outer cylinder (3311); and the lower cover (333), the upper cover (3313) and the outer cylinder (3311) jointly form an accommodating space (336) in a surrounding manner. A fluid outflow hole (334) is formed in the lower cover (333), and a gap used for allowing the liquid to circulate is formed between the inner surface of the lower cover (333) and the bottom end surface of the inner cylinder (3312). The float (332) movably sleeves outside the inner cylinder (3312) and can freely move alone the axis of the inner cylinder (3312). By means of the water control tubular column and the intelligent inflow control device, passive water control is changed into active water control, and the traffic of the liquid is automatically controlled according to the density of the liquid, thereby achieving the effect of controlling water and stabilizing oil.
