a reference to a general class of service record containing general customized application service settings;a plurality of references to a plurality of specific class of service records, each class of service record relating to a different type of customized applications service subscriber information; anda unique subscriber identification (ID); and a second database storing a plurality of specific class of service files relating to the different types of customized application service subscriber information, each of the plurality of specific class of service files comprising one of the plurality of specific class of service records.
