After a cylindrical green compact 1' is molded by using a lower punch 13 and an upper punch 14 to compress raw material powder M filled into a powder filling section 15, the inner diameter surface of the green compact 1' is pulled using a pulling unit 11b provided on the outer circumference of a core 11 by moving the core 11 relative to the green compact 1' in an unloaded state in which the compressive force on the green compact 1' has been released, and then the green compact 1' is released from a mold. Thereby, it is possible to easily mold a green compact in which the structure of the inner diameter surface is dense and the dimension/shape accuracy of the inner diameter surface is excellent. |
