摘要 This band allocation device for allocating a transmission band to terminals which perform transmission by a time division multiple access method, is provided with: a number-of-terminals determination unit 211 that determines the number of terminals to which time slots included in a frame for the time division multiple access method are allocated; a time slot allocation unit 212 that regards, as non-allocated time slots which are not to be allocated to any of the terminals, time slots the number of which is at least one less than the number of terminals, on the basis of the number of terminals determined by the number-of-terminals determination unit 211, and that allocates the time slots of the frame other than the non-allocated time slots to the corresponding terminals; and a slot arrangement unit 213 that determines arrangement of the time slots of the frame on the basis of time slot allocation determined by the time slot allocation unit 212, such that time slots allocated for one terminal are arranged in a continuous manner and at least one non-allocated time slot is arranged between time slots allocated for different terminals.
