The present invention relates to an auxiliary battery charging system for a portable device, the auxiliary battery charging system applying a voltage stepdown method to a plurality of battery cells of two or more connected in series and an output terminal, so as to enable an auxiliary battery to provide charging efficiency of 90% or more, and comprising: a power input terminal into which a power supply connector is inserted and connected; a booster circuit unit for boosting the magnitude of a charging voltage supplied through the power input terminal, and supplying the voltage; a protection circuit unit for allowing the magnitude of a voltage boosted by the booster circuit unit to be supplied as a preset cell voltage when charging the auxiliary battery, and supplying a voltage charged in a charging unit as a charging voltage for the portable device when charging the portable device; the charging unit charged with the charging voltage supplied through the protection circuit unit, and formed of a plurality of cells connected in series so as to supply charged voltage to the protection circuit unit when charging the portable device; a voltage reducing circuit unit for reducing the charging voltage supplied through the protection circuit unit to the voltage magnitude for battery charging; and a power output terminal into which a power supply connector, which is for supplying the voltage reduced by the voltage reducing circuit unit to a battery of the portable device, is inserted and connected. |
