The present invention inspects safety on security with respect to data to be utilized in a closed network. This data inspection system is provided with: an inspection terminal that inspects inspection subject data to be utilized in the closed network by checking with a signature in an open network; a first terminal that communicates with a second terminal in the closed network; and a communication control device that controls permission or interruption of communication between the first terminal and the second terminal on the basis of the inspection result of the inspection subject data. The first terminal determines the inspection result of the inspection subject data on the basis of the communication status with the second terminal.
