[Solution] This device is provided with: an input unit in which a computer reads in medical images that include a target blood vessel site, and, from said medical images, reads in the pressure field and velocity field at each position of the target blood vessel site calculated in a prescribed coordinate system with numerical fluid analysis; a lesion area determining unit in which a computer determines a blood vessel lesion site from the medical images; a lesion coordinate system calculation unit in which a computer calculates a lesion coordinate system on the basis of geometric information about the acquired blood vessel lesion site; a coordinate system conversion unit in which a computer converts the calculated pressure field and velocity field from the aforementioned prescribed coordinate system to the aforementioned calculated lesion coordinate system; a lesion blood flow feature value calculation unit in which a computer calculates a lesion blood flow feature value on the basis of the velocity field and pressure field converted to the lesion coordinate system; and an output unit in which a computer outputs the lesion blood flow feature value. |
