This temperature conditioning unit (10) comprises an impeller (110), a rotary drive source (200), a fan case (120), a casing (300), an aspiration side back-end chamber (311a), an aspiration side front-end chamber (311d), and an isolation wall (311). The aspiration side back-end chamber (311a) is in contact with the subject of the temperature conditioning, and is where air accumulates. The aspiration side front-end chamber (311d) lets air flow in from the exterior and lets air flow out into the aspiration side back-end chamber. The isolation wall (311) isolates the aspiration side back-end chamber (311a) from the aspiration side front-end chamber (311d).
